Sherbrooke Privateers starter Jim Schurman pitched a strong game against the Levis Fourches at Privateers Park, leading the Privateers to victory, 3-2. Schurman went the distance for Sherbrooke. He gave up 2 runs on 7 hits. The Privateers raised their record to 12-10.

Sherbrooke took a 3-2 lead on Ramón González's 4th double of the season. The run-scoring double, which González hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Levis pitcher Bryan Benson shaking his head.

"We came out on the wrong end of this one," said Levis skipper Gavin Dupuis.
