"He was kind of teasing them with his off-speed stuff, and his fastball was moving everywhere," Ciudad Acuna skipper Álvaro Trejo said afterward. Ramos registered 1 strikeout and issued 1 walk in his superb performance. "We just didn't swing the bats very well.
