Neil Takes LBQ's Best Bat Award Wednesday, September 1st , 1897 Trevor Neil may be getting older, but he proved in August that he's still got it. The Gatineau Draveurs second baseman's strong month has seen him named Ligue de Baseball du Québec Batter of the Month. Neil batted .423, hit 1 home run, drove in 12 runs, scored 12 times and compiled a .544 on-base percentage. Thus far in 1897 Neil is hitting .317 with 3 home runs, 50 RBIs, 68 runs scored and has compiled a .462 OBP. |
