Martínez Dominates Santa Isabel Wednesday, July 29th , 1885 In an outstanding mound performance, Coamo Maratonistas starter Anselmo Martínez fired a complete-game shutout against the Santa Isabel Potros at Terreno de los Maratonistas today. Martínez was the key to the Maratonistas's 6-0 win. The 29-year-old right-hander was in high spirits on the mount for much of the game, his mood largely undented by the 4 hits and 1 walk he allowed. "4 hits?" he said with a laugh following the game. "Listen, I'd be happy with a 30-hitter as long as it was a shutout." Season-to-date Martínez has rung up 12 wins and 10 losses in 25 appearances.
