GM Hernández Forced Out in Penuelas Friday, December 3rd , 1897 Asdrúbal Hernández said he's been fired from his post as general manager of the Penuelas Petroleros because he didn't get the team where they need to be. "If you don't perform in this profession, you find yourself out of work quickly," he said. "You don't fire the players, you fire the guy who put the team together. I take responsibility for the problems we have had in trying to win baseball games." The team has not issued any statement yet on a replacement. |
