Postseason Bid Ends for Jayuya Wednesday, October 6th , 1897 The Jayuya Cerros kept up the playoff chase as long as they could in 1897, but now have had those chances dashed. The Cerros were mathematically eliminated from contention today. Jayuya last appeared in the postseason in 1894. This is their 3rd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 24 times in their 27 - year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Cerros have only made the playoffs once. |
