Rivera Bewilders Tiburones, 10-0 Friday, August 20th , 1897 Fans at Parque de los Pescadores witnessed the Salinas Pescadores blank the Aguadilla Tiburones, 10-0 behind a superb effort by starter Anselmo Rivera. The Salinas left-hander allowed 6 hits in recording the shutout. "Anselmo was good today but I don't want to focus too much on a single game," Salinas manager Gabriel Ramos said later. "If you're capable of playing at this level, you're capable of having a good game. The real question is if you can learn from that game and repeat it."
