Sabana Grande Trades Pineda for San German's Pérez Saturday, December 18th , 1886 Sabana Grande and San German made a trade today. In this move, the Petateros shipped 30-year old LF Francisco Pineda and 21-year old RHP Otilio Jerez to the Atleticos for 25-year old SS Miguel Pérez. The Sabana Grande GM told reporters, "I think this trade is beneficial to everyone involved, including the players." Pineda is hitting .259 lifetime with 1013 hits, 104 doubles, 75 triples, 11 home runs and 355 RBIs to date. He has scored 697 runs and stolen 317 bases. His lifetime stats show that Pérez has hit .189 and connected for 3 home runs. |
