The Ciudad Acuna Galanes dumped the Nuevo Laredo Colibris, 9-3, in large part due to center fielder Jeff Kempton. On the day, Kempton was 3-4 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 3 times for the Galanes. Despite the win, the Galanes have a lousy 31-85 record.
