Highwaymen Rally to Eke Out Win
The Tucson Highwaymen gave their fans something to talk about with a thrilling, walk-off win.

Tucson Highwaymen starter Kevin Goldmann was dealing. He helped his team knock off the Phoenix Gila Monsters, 3-2. Joe Lowe picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 2-3. Stephen Shapiro was tagged with the loss.

In the bottom of the 12th, John Burden had a chance to deal the knockout blow. And he did, punching a run-scoring single to left off Phoenix pitcher Stephen Shapiro.

"Kevin made his pitches," said Tucson manager Juan Vences.

The Highwaymen move to 50-30 with the win, while the Gila Monsters drop to 28-52.
