Claymores Take Nail-Biter Over Shipwrights
Claymores fans were sent into a frenzy with a walk-off win.

The Edinburgh Claymores eked out a 3-2 win versus the Glasgow Shipwrights at Claymores Park. Nobody did more than pitcher Richard Wilkins. He was terrific. The triumph puts Edinburgh at 63-55 for the season.

The Claymores procured the win, in large part because of pinch hitter Sam Innes. In the bottom of the 11th, he produced the game-winning run-scoring single.

"I like our resilience," said Innes.
