Eddie Sylvester Goes Distance in 3-1 Win
|
The Aberdeen Granite went home winners at Thistles Grounds, thanks in large part to starter Eddie Sylvester. Sylvester stifled the Inverness Thistles, enabling Aberdeen to grab the 3-1 win. The Granite bumped their record to 58-57 with this win.
The Thistles had trouble solving Sylvester, who surrendered 1 run on 3 hits over 9 innings.
