The Bangor Bishops picked up a win at Bishops Park, courtesy of Thomas Gonzalez. The right-hander helped his team stop the Newport Stevedores, 2-1. Bangor has a record of 43-55, placing them 4th in the All-Team Circuit Undeb Pel-fas Cymru.

The Bishops relied on right fielder Tyler McAllister for the game-winning hit. And, in the bottom of the 13th, he delivered, hitting a run-scoring single to seal the deal.

"We put a lot of pressure on ourselves," McAllister told a Bangor Chronicle reporter. "Sometimes we just need to relax."
