Fog Get Past Coventry for 6-5 Win
The London Fog picked up a win at Fog Field, knocking off the Coventry Motors, 6-5. On the mound for London was left-hander Bob Richards, who played a pivotal role in the win. Carlton Long finished to wrap up his 3rd save. At 13-53, the Fog find themselves in last place in the All-Team Circuit English Baseball Championship.

Redmond Alexander was 1-3 with a walk for London. In the bottom of the eighth, with the teams deadlocked, 5-5, Alexander delivered for the Fog. His run-scoring sacrifice fly put London on top, 6-5.

"I found a nice groove out there," said Richards.
