Glasgow rode a good effort from starter Matthew Johnstone to beat the Edinburgh Claymores at Glasgow Grounds. The final score was 3-2. At 39-21, the Shipwrights are currently first in the All-Team Circuit Lig Ball-steidhe na h-Alba.

In the bottom of the seventh inning, Germán Salvador went deep for the Shipwrights. With Glasgow trailing 2-1, he drilled a solo home run.

After the game, Glasgow manager Josh Lane applauded the team's effort. "They busted their humps out there," he said.
