Caber Tossers Need Extra Frames to Get Past Shipwrights
The Perth Caber Tossers topped the Glasgow Shipwrights, 3-2, in Great British Base-Off action at Caber Tossers Park. The standout performance belonged to Perth pitcher and Stonehenge, England, native Kai Cockle. Perth currently is in 4th place in the All-Team Circuit Lig Ball-steidhe na h-Alba at 14-17.

With the game on the line, Roy Jennings came to bat in the bottom of the tenth. And the Perth second baseman came through, cracking a run-scoring single off Dane Grant, the Glasgow pitcher.
