Narrow Win Takes Artemisa Streak to 8
The Artemisa Rojos picked up a win at Recinto de Artemisa, knocking off the Almendares Alacranes, 4-3. Starting pitcher Esteban Quiros played a key role in the triumph. Artemisa is now 34-17, Almendares 22-29.

The game came to a sudden end. In the bottom of the ninth, with two out, Quiros hit a run-scoring single. It gave Artemisa the 4-3 walk-off win.

"It's great when the crowd gets into it," Quiros said.
