Comerio got a terrific game from left fielder Marcos Ruiz. It wasn't enough, though, to prevent the team from falling to Cabo Rojo, 7-6. Ruiz went 3 for 4 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 2 runs. With the win, Cabo Rojo goes to 70-53, while the Guabaleros fall to 58-66.

Manuel Junquera hit a 2-run double off Felipe Trejo in the bottom of the second, which put the Combatientes in front, 3-2. In addition to the double, Junquera had 1 single, while going 2 for 4.
