González Leads Petroleros to 11-6 Win Over Cotorras
The skies opened up and the rain fell at Estadio de las Cotorras.

Penuelas shortstop Jacinto González had a 3-RBI game, which helped his team beat the Rio Grande Cotorras, 11-6. After today's action, Penuelas sits at 37-79; Rio Grande slips to 49-66.

With one out in the top of the seventh, Diego Zúñiga had a game-changing hit. The Petroleros first baseman slammed a run-scoring single off Senén Pérez, making the score 5-3, Penuelas.

"The name of the game is scoring runs," Zúñiga said. "We did a good job of that today."
