Patriotas Suffer 4-2 Loss to San Juan
|
San Juan Metropolitanos starter José Muñoz hurled his team past the Lares Patriotas, 4-2. San Juan is now 63-45.
In the bottom of the sixth, Martín Blanco delivered a clutch hit. With two gone and a runner on 1st, the San Juan center fielder hit a run-scoring triple, putting the Metropolitanos in front, 4-2.
"Good pitching, clutch hitting," said San Juan skipper Luis Tirado. "I can't complain."
