The Salinas Pescadores outscored the Arroyo Bucaneros, 11-10. Rubén Cruz led the way, going 3-for-5 for Salinas. The Pescadores now have a record of 58-26 with the win over Arroyo.

The Pescadores were down to their last out in the bottom of the ninth when shortstop Casiodoro García turned a 1-1 fastball from Juan Mendoza into a bases-clearing double. The walk-off double electrified the Parque de los Pescadores denizens and sent the Pescadores home with a thrilling 11-10 win.

"I'm glad I could get it done when the game was in the balance," García said in his postgame press conference.
