The Milwaukee Brewers picked up a win at Athletic Field, knocking off the Cleveland Spiders, 10-2. Starting pitcher Frank Meinke played a key role in the triumph. Meinke went the distance for Milwaukee. He gave up 2 runs on 9 hits. With the victory, the Brewers record now stands at 35-50.

The two teams provided some entertaining baseball for the Athletic Field crowd. Regardless of the outcome, a good time was had by all.
