Mendoza Delivers Walk-Off Win for Combatientes
Cabo Rojo starter Manuel Junquera had a strong outing against the Aguas Buenas Mulos at Parque de los Combatientes. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 4-3 win. Junquera went 9 innings to notch the win. He scattered 8 hits, walked 5, and struck out 2. His record improves to 13-8. The Combatientes are now 35-31, while the Mulos fall to 22-44.

The game came to a dramatic end. In the bottom of the ninth, with Cabo Rojo trailing 3-2, Jaime Mendoza hit a cutter from Reginaldo García for a 2-run home run, giving the Combatientes the walk-off win.
