Orioles Take Tight Tilt, 2-1
The Baltimore Orioles got a strong performance from pitcher Les German, who stymied the Cleveland offense en route to a win, 2-1, at Union Park. The Orioles improved to 19-21.

Bill Keister was the walk-off hero for Baltimore. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Orioles third baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring double to send the teams home.

"It was a good effort all around," said Keister.
