Lobos Bump Off Ganaderos, 9-6

The Arecibo Lobos topped the Hatillo Ganaderos, 9-6, at Parque de los Lobos. Arecibo right fielder Hiram Rosa banged out 2 singles and 1 double, while driving in 2 runs. The Lobos now have a mark of 10-24.
Héctor Villarreal, the Arecibo center fielder, contributed a run-scoring single in the bottom of the sixth inning to make the score 7-6, Lobos. For the game, Villarreal was 3-5 with 3 singles, while scoring 2 times.
Lobos manager Marco Estrada wasn't all too pleased, despite the win, telling reporters that the performance highlighted some clear areas for improvement moving forward. He refused to be more specific, however. "I'm not gonna publicize our weaknesses," he said. "That stuff stays in the clubhouse."
