Villa Delivers Walk-Off Win for Gigantes
The Carolina Gigantes picked up a win at Jardines de Carolina, knocking off the Trujillo Alto Macabeos, 5-4. Starting pitcher Abilio López was a big reason why. The third-place Gigantes lifted their record to 13-20.

The Gigantes relied on catcher Santiago Villa for the game-winning hit. And, in the bottom of the 11th, he delivered, hitting a run-scoring single to seal the deal.

"This place was rocking at the end," Villa said.
