Supercalenders Collect 8-7 Win Over Draveurs
Clay Haggart helped his team muscle past the Gatineau Draveurs, 8-7. In the game, the Lachute shortstop was 4 for 6 with 4 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Picking up the win was Bill Colwill. He went 12 innings, allowing 7 runs on 16 hits. The right--hander struck out 6 and walked 3. The Supercalenders, at 57-62, sit in third place in the Ligue de Baseball du Québec Division Sud.

The Supercalenders procured the win, in large part because of right fielder Malik Knight. In the bottom of the 12th, he produced the game-winning run-scoring single.

"We take it day by day here," said Haggart, "and today was a good one for us."
