Trifluviens Pick Up 6-4 Win
The home crowd had a good time watching the Lachute Supercalenders and Trois-Rivieres Trifluviens get after it.

The Trois-Rivieres Trifluviens picked up a win at Trois-Rivieres Stadium, taking down the Lachute Supercalenders, 6-4. Starting pitcher Rocky Aubin was a big reason why. Trois-Rivieres is now 30-22, Lachute 27-27.

The Supercalenders had been locked in a 1-1 tie with the Trifluviens going into the bottom of the third inning. That changed quickly when the 28-year old center fielder Ed Neale came to the plate. Neale hit a 3-run home run on a 1-2 curveball from Lachute hurler Dan Drier. It was Neale's 4th home run of the year.

Aubin said afterward that he was glad to help his team win.
