Gatineau pitcher Mark Wall did his part in helping his team beat the Levis Fourches, 9-2. The left-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. Gatineau reliever Mark Wall got the win, raising his record to 2-0. J.T. Rigg was tagged with the loss. David Stoddart earned the save, his 1st, for the Draveurs.

Kelton Orton was 2-4 with 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once for Gatineau. The 32-year old left fielder had a key at-bat in the bottom of the fifth. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 2-2 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off J.T. Rigg. It was his 5th RBI of the season.

"Scoring runs is scoring runs," said Gatineau skipper Adrasto Torres. "It's important to have different ways to do it."

The win takes Gatineau to 3-1.
