Brampton starter Eugene Kerry had a strong outing against the Sault Ste. Marie Rapids at Rapids Grounds. The left-hander was a big part of his team's 6-3 win. Kerry went 9 innings to notch the win. He scattered 10 hits, walked 3, and struck out 2. His record improves to 6-5. Brampton is now 27-24.

Brampton used the timely hitting of Josh Robison to seize the win. The catcher stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the seventh inning to put the Florists on top, 3-1. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.
