Ragsdale, Cowhands Wallop Preachers in Game 2 of CCS
With catcher Jared Ragsdale leading the charge, the Odessa Cowhands got a road win over the Abilene Preachers, 15-2, in Game 2 of the Circuit Championship Series today. Ragsdale went 2-5 with a home run, while scoring 3 times and driving in 4 at Preachers Park to help Odessa force a 1-1 tie in the best-of-5 series.

In the top of the second of a scoreless game, Ragsdale hit a 3-run home run to put his team ahead.

"We lost," Abilene manager Jimmy Macullar said later. "We'll deal with it. The series isn't over."

Game 3 is scheduled for Tuesday at Cowhands Park in Odessa.
